It seems reasonable to me to assume that "paid clients" are not going to be spammers. Therefore, "paid clients" should not be quarantined.

Currently, "paid clients" get this notification:
Your new post has been put in quarantine. Until you have reached 2 approved post(s), any new post will be quarantined.

Agree, this does not make sense, create 2 post or no post!!!

Totally agree with this. This has been implemented, passed QA and awaiting deployment. It should be out in the production environmnt in the next week or so.
