Weak support

I am quite disappointed by Dynu support service. The support is slow. But mainly most of the support staff DO NOT READ THE QUESTIONS before giving answers, which are then standard and irrelevant. For SSL certificate configurations, I had to contact support from other companies, for a SSL certificate delivered by Dynu. Ugly !

I think there support is good the problem is the first people that look at our questions give generic answers and probably do not have much knowledge. I found that when it gets to the second tier they usually will get it done. This is the model for modern support and keeping cost low
