Topic: is my raspberry pi updating my ddns?
HI, I followed the raspberry pi instructions to ddns and it appeared to work, but I now see the last update as from your panel....Domain IPv4 IPv6 Last Update Actions lslat.com 66.65.5.175 2020/04/19 01:08:23I'm no expert but I do see the log of my raspberry pi shows the script running...Apr 21 19:50:01 raspberrypi CRON[2489]: (root) CMD (~/scripts/dynudns/dynu.sh >/dev/null 2>&1)Apr 21 19:50:01 raspberrypi CRON[2490]: (pi) CMD (~/scripts/dynudns/dynu.sh >/dev/null 2>&1)so is the output from the ddns panel supposed to update every time (every 5 minutes) or am I only supposed to see an update if my ip address actually changes? not sure what would have stopped working if it issue is on the pi or how to troubleshoot it....Thanks much.

Or put another way, if my PI is set to update every 5 minutes should this reflect in the "last update" field in dynamic dns service panel or only show an update when the actual ip address gets changed?
