Offline Settings and Web Redirect doesn't work for my domain, emilylove.app. I tried setting a web direct for twitch.emilylove.app to go to https://www.twitch.tv/emilylove26 but it just times out

I got a reply via email but my reply keeps getting blocked by SpamAssassin. I am. Neither http nor https protocol redirect on my end. http://twitch.emilylove.app just times out.
