I have a top domain clinicoffice.com with free DDNS. and I check my domain IP address from your web site. The IP address is 76.97.172.99. but I can't ping my ip address 76.97.172.99 anywhere

Domain name clinicoffice.com maps to IP address 76.97.172.99. You may look it up by using this command line:

nslookup clinicoffice.com

Please note that ping is not always guaranteed to work since some routers don't respond to ICMP packets.
