Extended diagnostics for ip update api
1) allow user to enter a short-lifetime (10 min-60min) one time use diagnostic password for ip update api diagnostics. On-web diagnostics would look like [timestamp]: request=% got_encoded_pw=[encoded-otu-pass] wanted=[request_supplied_pw] wanted_encoding=[md5|sha256|etc] 2) allow user to specify encoding in request url during diagnostics so that user and server can be clear about agreement about what encoding is used to produce the password comparison username=foo&password=4a2028eceac5e1f4d252ea13c71ecec6&encoding=md5 #( echo -n "what" |md5sum)? or (echo -n "what" |md5sum |base64)? OR be more specific in your ip update interface documents
