Topic: vanity nameservers for hosted domain
Greetings all,My domain is hosted with Dynu and I am a member. The only instructions I've found for setting up vanity nameservers is for domains NOT hosted with Dynu. What do I need to do for a hosted domain?I tried setting up the A records for ns1-ns6 of my domain pointing to the Dynu nameserver IPs, etc. but could not get any configuration to work. If someone could point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks to Dynu's Customer Service. They did this for me. This is in case anyone else needs the info. The solution is to create CNAME records for your domain which point to Dynu's nameservers. For example, the Node Names can be ns1, ns2, etc. and they point to Dynu's Nameservers ns1.dynu.com, ns2.dynu.com, etc. Then, switch your domain's Nameservers to match the CName records you created for your domain - ns1.yourdomain.com, ns2.yourdomain.com, etc.
