How do I force IP update. I switched client to a new computer on different IP address but ping doesn't update. Restarted service several times but it didn't help.

We noticed that you are using Version 4.42 client. We suggest that you download and use the most current version of client software 5.1 at https://www.dynu.com/en-US/Support/Download.
