Hello everyone,
My problem is this:
1. I need to access through the internet a Virtual application which is on a remote LAN with an IP address of 192.168.1.2 through a Huawei Gateway moden HG 532e. MODEM'S IP is 192.168.1.1. I am able to access the application through the browser by typing its IP address but not from outside the LAN.
2. My host domain is twatimpa.dynu.com and when I do ping, it is resolving on IP 41.72.121.64 which is my ISP’s. However ping is timing out with 100% packet loss.
My question is how should I set up the DDNS on the modem so that I access the application behind it on this MODEM? Do I need to do any port forwarding? if yes how is this done on this MODEM?

Many thanks in advance.

You certainly need to setup port forwarding for the port on which your application is running. You can refer to this port forwarding tutorial to set it up.
