You hostname orange-pc.dynu.com maps to IP address 117.223.194.251 and it was last updated about 9 hours ago. We could not reach port 3389(RDP port) on 117.223.194.251. It is possible that port forwarding in your router is not set up properly or port 3389 is not open in your firewall. You may refer to https://www.dynu.com/Resources/Tutorials/DynamicDNS/RemoteDesktop to check if you have done all the necessary configurations.
