Hello
I have recently purchased the full service email client. I had a domain name and wanted to use it for email. I went thought the process and set it up and I got a email from Dynu saying it was set up but when I tried to put it on my iOS devices I didn't work. So I tried in on my MacBook and it went through. so I was satisfied the the service was working but the iOS devices say the user name or password are wrong but I know there not. Is there a waiting period for this part of the service or is there some setting Im missing? the user name should be the start of the email and the password is the one you configure the the Dynu email settings right not the Dynu password?

If anyone has struggled with this please let me know what happened

The username should be your full email address name@domain.com.

You are correct about the password. The password is the one you set up in the email service settings.

You can use the webmail interface as well at webmail.dynu.com. I personally find the web interface very easy to use and I use it on a daily basis.
