Topic: gmail users not receiving my emails anymore
hello,
since a week of 2, gmail recipients don't seem to receive my emails anymore;
in the past, they had nog trouble in receiving them;
i didn't change anything in my email setup;
pls advice

I believe you'll get an Undeliverable Message from Google indicating that an SPF or DKIM check did not pass. I believe you can enable DKIM authentication within your Email service control panel. Check out the DKIM Wizard feature.

indeed, your suggestion appeared to be the problem;
dynu helpdesk corrected the situation, and i have conformation from some of my recipients that they now receive the emails correctly (at first, it was still delivered in their spam box, but by accepting me as the sender of that email, also this problem was resolved
