I control the remote access for 15 client systems at different locations and I'm looking to change to your service from dyn.com.

Before I buy your annual membership I'm testing this with three locations and can't seem to find a way to update an individual host using the client. The only login is with the account username and that changes all the host IPs to the last update from any client which is unworkable.

Am I missing something in the setup? I don't see anything in the FAQs and all Forum questions about this have gone unanswered.

Thanks.

I just figured this out as I had the same question, hence why I'm here. The good thing is I figured it out.

Each location is specified as a group. You update the group IP. So in the client, you enter the name of the group you want to update.

"Group" here is not meant the sense as "Group" in other places if that makes sense. LOL

Hope that helps.
